Purity Gathigia is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over six years' experience providing pre-emptive legal support to corporate bodies.
Purity also has experience in Kenya advising companies about the Kenyan Laws to mitigate risk and avoid penalties related to non-compliance. She has been involved in research on local and international laws and cases, and She has a track record of providing the best solutions to her clients.
She has excelled in advising clients on the export processes for coffee and tea among other agricultural products and in drafting emerging data privacy and labour policies for organizations such the work from home/flexi-time policies among other documents and engaged the regulatory stakeholders.
